In 1995, Catherine Stowik opened Catherine & Company Salon & Day Spa in Meriden, CT. What began as a hair salon over two decades ago has since expanded to offer manicures and pedicures, massage therapy, body treatments and more!
In November 2020, we held a public event to celebrate 25 years in the community. Mayor Kevin Scarpati and President of the Midstate Chamber of Commerce, Rosanne Ford, also joined us for a ribbon cutting ceremony.
My business is my baby. It was my first child. I spent 80 hours a week there before I had my children. I was there pretty much 24/7 to build it to what it is today.
